It is a nice one room apartment, which was reconstructed and refurnished in 2008. It is located on the 2nd floor of a house situated on a quiet street.
The total area of the apartment is 25 m2. There is one room with double bed (which can´t be put apart), two armchairs, which converts into additional beds, a colour TV with satellite (1000 channels), a fully equipped kitchenette (fully equipped - dishes, refrigerator, double cooker, microwave oven, a dishwasher and electric kettle), and a bathroom with shower bath and separate WC.

Location
The apartment is located in the city centre, around 900 m from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). In view of the building’s location near the tourist centre of Prague it is possible to get to a lot of historical sights on foot. You can take a tram to the heart of the Old Town (i.e. the tourist centre of Prague). It is three stops away and there is a tram stop 450 from the building. You can take a different tram to Wenceslas Square. There is a stop for this tram 200 m from the building (two stops).You can also go to Wenceslas Square by metro. It is only one stop away and there is a metro station about 450 from the building. It is possible to take a night tram at night. This also goes to the Old Town. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located in the city centre (in the Vinohrady), it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets free of charge. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Vinohrady, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded.
