This is a very pleasant two-room apartment, which was refurbished and appointed with new furniture in 2006. It is located on the first floor of a building situated on a quiet street. The building has an elevator. The apartment has a total area of 55 m2. The apartment has a living room with a folding sofa (which folds out into a double bed), a colour cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, a fridge, a glass ceramic cooking plate, a fan oven, and a kettle). It also has a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed as well as a bathroom with a shower unit and WC. The living room with the kitchenette and the bedroom are separate rooms. They have their own entrances from the apartment’s hallway.living room:

Location
The apartment is located near the centre of Prague, about 2.2 km from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare), which can be reached by bus. There is a bus stop about 200 m from the building, and the journey to Wenceslas Square lasts around 6-8 minutes. It is also possible to get to the centre of Prague (i.e. the Old Town) by tram. The nearest tram stop is around 350 m from the building and you can go right to the centre of the Old Town within 15 – 18 minutes. It is possible to take a night tram in the nighttime. This also goes to the Old Town. There are several restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service
