It is a nice, spacious, two-room apartment of middle quality, furnished with oldish, yet well-preserved furniture, and including a terrace with a nice view of the Old Town. The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a house with elevator. The house is situated on a busy street, bit the windows of the rooms look out on the courtyard, so the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from the street. The total area of the apartment is 70 m2. There is a living room with a convertible sofa (this sofa converts into a double bed), a sofa, and a colour TV (only with Czech programmes), a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, cooking stove with hot-air oven, and electric kettle), which is connected with the living room, a bedroom with a double bed (beds cannot be put apart), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC. It is possible to place one additional bed – the mattress is 20 cm high, lying on the floor (5th bed) in the living room.living room:

Location
The apartment is situated straight in the historical part of the city, in the Old Town, ca 600 m. far from Old Town Square, which is one of the two main Prague squares. As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located in the Old Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Old Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in the watched, underground garages of the department store “KOTVA” with non-stop operation, which are situated ca. 250 m far from the studio, in Revoluční Street, or in a cheaper, watched, outdoor parking lot (also with non-stop operation), ca. 150 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
