This is a very pleasant, deluxe two-room apartment, which was refurbished in 2006 with new furniture, a kitchen and new kitchen appliances. It is located on the first floor of a new building situated on a quiet street. The building was built in 2006 and it is part of a modern complex of buildings with apartments. The apartment has a total area of 52 m2. The apartment has a living room with a folding sofa (which folds out into a double bed), a colour cable TV and a dinette. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to the living room (with dishes, a fridge, a glass ceramic cooking plate, a fan oven, and a kettle). In addition to this, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. The living room with the kitchen and the bedroom are separate rooms. They have their own entrances from the apartment’s hallway. There is the possibility of FREE garage parking in the building that houses the apartment!living room:

The apartment is located in Strašnice about 4 km from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare), which can be reached by tram or metro. There is a tram stop about 200 m from the building, and the journey to Wenceslas Square lasts around 15 minutes. The nearest metro station is about 750 m from the building. Wenceslas Square is five stops away. It is also possible to take a tram to this metro station (two stops). It is possible to take a night tram in the nighttime. This also goes to Wenceslas Square. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service

Parking
