This is a two-room apartment of middle quality, which is located on the fourth floor of a building situated on a quiet street. The building does not have an elevator. The total area of the apartment is 72 m2. It contains a living room with two beds, with a convertible sofa, a colour TV with a satellite receiver, and a dinette, a bedroom with three beds, and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishes, a fridge, a cooker with a fan oven, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster and a kettle). It also has a bathroom with a bath and a separate WC. All rooms (the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and WC) are separate and have their own entrances from the apartment hallway.

The apartment is situated straight in the centre of the city, only 50 metres far from Wenceslas Square (= the main Prague square) As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located near Wenceslas Square, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the New Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in the watched five-storey garages “Helios” with non-stop operation, ca. 400 m far from the apartment, or in watched garages “Vinohradská” (also with non-stop operation), ca. 700 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
