This is a very pleasant two-room apartment, which was refurbished and appointed with new furniture in 2006. It is located on the third floor of a building situated on a quiet street. The building has an elevator. The apartment has a total area of 55 m2. The apartment has a living room with a folding sofa (which folds out into a double bed), a colour cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, a fridge, a cooker with a fan oven and a kettle). It also has a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. The living room with the kitchenette and the bedroom are separate rooms. They have their own entrances from the apartment’s hallway.living room:

Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Prague – in Vinohrady about 1,9 km from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare), which can be reached by tram or metro. There is a tram stop about 200 m from the building, and the journey to Wenceslas Square lasts around 6-8 minutes. The nearest metro station is about 400 m from the building. Wenceslas Square is only two stops away. It is possible to take a night tram in the nighttime. This also goes to Wenceslas Square. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service

Parking
The apartment is located on a small street where it is possible to park free of charge.We recommend that you park in the supervised “Flora” garages, which are open around the clock and are located on Vinohradská St. about 250 m away from the apartment.
