It is a nice, two-room apartment, equipped with stylish furniture, located on the ground floor of a family house situated on a quiet street. The villa has a private enclosed garden with a sitting area, which is available to the customers. The total area of the apartment is 60 m2. There are 1st bedroom with two separate beds, a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a colour TV with satellite, 2nd bedroom with a double bed and one folding bed, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, cooking stove with hot-air oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher), a bathroom with a bath and, washing machine, and a separate WC. Both bedroom are separate and have private entrances from the apartment hall. The hall is also connected with the kitchenette, from which you enter the bathroom.1st bedroom

Location
The apartment is located close to the city centre, around 2 km from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare) It is possible to go by tram or metro to the Old Town (i.e. the tourist centre of Prague). The journey takes about 10 minutes by tram and there is a tram stop 300 m away from the house. The trip is four stops by metro (approx. eight minutes) and the nearest metro station is 700 m from the house. It is possible to take a night tram at night. This also goes to the Old Town. There are several different restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service

Parking
The apartment is located on a small, quiet street where it is possible to park free of charge. It is also possible to park without paying a fee in one of the surrounding streets. (This parking is unsupervised). We recommend that you park in the supervised “Flora” garages. These are open around the clock and they are located on Vinohradská St. around 500 m from the apartment.Pricelist
