The renowned Czech painter Miloslav Troup lived in this romantic apartment, which is located in a beautiful, listed building in a quiet street leading directly to Prague Castle. This two-room apartment with a total area of 55 m2 bears the hallmarks of the artist’s life and his lifelong work. It is furnished with original furniture and decorated with several murals. The apartment has a living room with a fold-out couch, one single bed and TV (with Czech programmes only) and a bedroom (with a small double bed) connected to a painter’s work room, which has been preserved almost in its original state. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette as well as a bathroom with a shower unit and toilet. The front door opens into the kitchen and you go through this to get to the living room. You enter the bedroom from the living room. This apartment is intended for less demanding clients for whom the romance and atmosphere of the original picturesque apartments of Old Prague is preferable to comfort.

Location
The apartment is situated straight in the historical part of the city, in the Malá Strana, ca. 150 m far from the Prague Castl, and ca. 250m far from Malostranské square. As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located in the Malá Strana, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Malá Strana, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in a watched garages , which is located ca. 350 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
