This is a pleasant two-room apartment with modern furniture, which is located on the second floor of a building situated on a quiet street. The apartment has a total area of 70 m2. There are two bedrooms (which each have two beds and a colour TV with a satellite receiver), a fully equipped kitchen (with crockery, a fridge, a cooker with a fan oven, a microwave and a kettle) includes a dinette and a computer with permanent Internet access, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a separate WC. There is also a convertible sofa (which folds out into a double bed) in the 1sr bedroom. All rooms (1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and WC) are separate and have their own entrances from the apartment hallway. Another door leads directly from the 1st bedroom to the 2nd bedroom.1st bedroom:

Location
The apartment is located in the in the New Town around 900 m from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). In view of the building’s location in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city’s public transport. Most of the city’s sights of interest as well as dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs are within walking distance.Metro service

Parking
As the apartment building is located in the New Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the building or in any of the side streets. This area primarily consists of demarcated “blue zones”, which are reserved exclusively for residents permanently living in the New Town. You can only park in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking and are not supervised. It is also possible to use one of the car parks on Karlovo náměstí (around 400 – 600 m from the room). These charge a fee and are supervised during the day. Parking in these places is free of charge at night but unsupervised.We recommend that you park in the supervised underground car park of the National Theatre (Národní divadlo), which is open around the clock and is situated about 600 m from the apartment building.
