It is a nice apartment including a terrace with a nice view of the Old Town. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a house with elevator, but the elevator goes only till 4th floor. The total area of the apartment is 85 m2. There are 2 separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom with a bath tube, a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cooking stove with hot-air oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, iron) where there is a convertible sofa (for 2 persons) and a colour TV with satelite. All rooms (1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, bathroom and WC) are separate and have their own entrances from the apartment hallway. Another door leads directly from the 1st bedroom to the 2nd bedroom.1st bedroom:

Location
The apartment is situated straight in the historical part of the city, in the Old Town), ca. 450 m far from Old Town Square, which is one of the two main Prague squares. As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

As this apartment is located in the Old Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Old Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in a watched underground garage of the National Theatre with non-stop operation, which is located ca. 350 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
