This is a one-room studio with a beautiful view of the Vltava River. It is located on the sixth floor of a building that is in good repair, situated on a busy street. The studio has a total area of 23 m2. There is one room here with two beds as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. There is a fridge and kettle in the small hallway in front of the room.room:

Location
The studio is situated right in the historical part of the city in the Old Town, approximately 550 m from the Old Town Square, which is one of Prague’s two main thoroughfares. As this studio is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city’s public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights and there are also dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs within walking distance.Metro service

Parking
As this studio is located in the Old Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the building or in any of the side streets. This area primarily consists of demarcated “blue zones”, which are reserved exclusively for residents permanently living in the Old Town. You can only park in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking and are not supervised. We recommend that you park in the supervised underground garages of the “KOTVA” department store, which are located on Revoluční St. about 300 m from the studio. Alternatively, there is also a cheaper, supervised outdoor car park around 100 m far from the studio. This car park is also open around the clock.Pricelist
