This is a pleasant one-room apartment, which was refurbished and appointed with new furniture in 2007. It is located on the sixth floor of a building situated on a quiet street. The building has a lift. The apartment has a total area of 29 m2. There is one room here with two beds (which can be pulled apart) as well as a TV with a satellite receiver, an appointed kitchenette (with crockery, a fridge, a two-ring cooker, a microwave and a kettle), which is located in the hallway at the apartment entrance, a bathroom with a shower bath and WC, and a terrace with seating. There is possible to use Internet connection in the apartment - free of charge.

Location
This apartment is located at the boundary of the area Old Town and the area Karlin, around 1,3 km from the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí), which is one of the two main squares in Prague. A metro stop "FLORENC" and a tram stop are only 50 m far from the apartment. You can go to Wenceslas Square (= main square in Prague) by metro. It is only two stop away. It is possible to take a night tram at night. As this apartment is located near the tourist centre of Prague, it is possible to reach many historical places on foot. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs within walking distance.
