Location

The apartment is located in the city centre, next to a nice, large city park called “Riegrovy sady”, app. 800 metres far from Wenceslas square (= Prague’s main thoroughfare). As this apartment is located near the tourist centre of Prague, it is possible to reach many historical places on foot. It takes only 3 metro stations to get to the centre of the Old Town (= the tourist centre of Prague). To get to Wenceslas Square, you can either walk or go by tram. It is only 2 stops by tram, and the tram stop is ca. 200 m far from the house. You also can walk to dozens of various restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.

Parking

As this apartment is located in the city centre (in the Vinohrady), it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets free of charge. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Vinohrady, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in the watched garages “Vinohradská” with non stop operation, which are situated at the beginning of Vinohradská Street (beyond the crossroads of Vinohradská and Italská Streets), ca. 400 m far from the apartment.
