It is a nice, one-room apartment, which was reconstructed and refurnished in 2005. It is situated on the ground floor of a house, located on a busy street. The windows of the room look out on the courtyard, so the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from the street. The total area of the apartment is 25 m2. There is one larger living room with a heightened platform for sleeping, a colour TV with satellite, a computer with Internet access and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric kettle), and a bathroom with shower bath + WC.

The apartment is situated straight in the centre of the city, only 100 metres far from Wenceslas Square (= the main Prague square) As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located near Wenceslas Square, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the New Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in the watched five-storey garages “Helios” with non-stop operation, ca. 300 m far from the apartment, or in watched garages “Vinohradská” (also with non-stop operation), ca. 500 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
