This is a very pleasant, deluxe one-room apartment, which was refurbished in 2006 with new furniture, a kitchen and new kitchen appliances. It is located on the ground floor of a new, modern building situated on a quiet street. The building was built in 2006. The apartment has a total area of 42 m2. There is one room here with a double bed (which cannot be pulled apart), a colour TV with cable TV programmes, a DVD/CD player, a portable radio and CD player, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, a fridge, a cooker, an electric fan oven, a microwave and a kettle) and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and a separate WC.

PLEASE NOTE! The building in which the apartment is located has a security lock system. Consequently, it is necessary upon arriving for your stay to pay a returnable deposit of 80 EUR for a special key to the house and apartment. This sum will be returned when your stay is over and the key has been given back. In the event that the client fails to return the key, STOP CITY will keep the deposit.

There is the possibility of parking in garage in the building that houses the apartment, after the prior agreement for the price 400,- CZK per day (= 17,- EUR).

Location
The apartment is located in the city centre, around 900 m from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). In view of the building’s location near the tourist centre of Prague it is possible to get to a lot of historical sights on foot. You can take a tram to the heart of the Old Town (i.e. the tourist centre of Prague). It is three stops away and there is a tram stop 450 from the building. You can take a different tram to Wenceslas Square. There is a stop for this tram 200 m from the building (two stops).You can also go to Wenceslas Square by metro. It is only one stop away and there is a metro station about 450 from the building. It is possible to take a night tram at night. This also goes to the Old Town. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs within walking distance of the apartment.

Parking
As this apartment is located in the city centre (in the Vinohrady), it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets free of charge. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Vinohrady, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded.
There is the possibility of parking in garage in the building that houses the apartment, after the prior agreement for the price 300,- CZK per day (= 12,- EUR).
