This is a pleasant one-room apartment, which was appointed with new furniture in 2006. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house with elevator, situated on a busy street. The apartment has a total area of 25 m2. There is one room here with two beds (which can be pulled apart) as well as a TV (only with Czech programmes), a fully equipped kitchenette (with crockery, a fridge, cooking stove with hot-air oven, a microwave and a kettle) and a bathroom with a smaller bathtub and WC.

Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Prague – in Žižkov about 1.8 km from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). There is a tram stop about 20 m from the building, and the journey to Wenceslas Square lasts around 12-15 minutes. It is possible to take a night tram in the nighttime. This also goes to Wenceslas Square.To the Old Town (=tourist centre of Prague – next the Wenceslas Square) you can take a bus. It is only ca. 10 min., and the bus stop is ca. 50 m far from the apartment.
There are dozens of different restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.

The nearest metro station (ca.1,3 km far from the apatment): Želivského - LINE “A”
Parking
The SWING 1 apartment is located in a livelier street with parking meters where parking is free overnight (from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.), at weekends and on bank holidays (24 hours/day).On working days, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., parking is possible for a maximum of 2 hours. 30 minutes parking is CZK 20.
Parking is also possible in other streets in the vicinity of the boarding house, similar parking fees apply. A parking card for the Blue Zone, in which the boarding house is located, costs CZK 400/day (approx. EUR 17).
It is also possible to park in paid secure garage parking “W-park” which is open nonstop approximately 500 metres from the apartment. The price of parking in W-park is
CZK 450 / 24 hours (EUR 19).
