This is a pleasant, new one-room apartment, which was refurbished in 2007 with new furniture, a kitchen unit and new kitchen appliances. The apartment has a total area of 25 m2 and it is located on the first floor of a building situated on a moderately busy street. The building was refurbished in 2006. Location
The apartment is located near the centre of Prague – in Žižkov about 1.2 km from the Old Town (= tourist centre of Prague), which can be reached by bus or tram. There is a bus stop around 300 m from the building and it is 3 stops to the place where the Old Town begins. You can take a tram to Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). The tram stop is about 150 m from the building and it is only 4 stops to Wenceslas Square. It is possible to take a night tram in the nighttime. This also goes to Wenceslas Square. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.

Parking
As this apartment is located in the city centre (in the Žižkov), it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets free of charge. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Žižkov, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend that you park in a supervised outdoor car park which is open around the clock and is about 250 m from the apartment. (You have to pay a fee to park here).
