Location

The apartment is located right in the historical part of the city (the Old Town) on the bank of the Vltava River around 700 m from the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí), which is one of the two main squares in Prague. There is a nice park around 50 metres from the building. This lies between the block of buildings in which the apartment is located and the Vltava River.  In view of the apartment’s location in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city’s public transport.  Most of the city’s interesting sights as well as dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs are within walking distance.

Parking

As the apartment is located in the Old Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the building or in any of the side streets. This area primarily consists of demarcated “blue zones”, which are reserved exclusively for residents permanently living in the Old Town. You can only park in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking and are not supervised. We recommend that you park in the supervised underground car park of the “KOTVA” department store, which is open around the clock and is situated on Revoluční St. about 500 m from the apartment. Alternatively, you can also park in a cheaper, supervised outdoor car park around 150 m from the apartment (this is open around the clock as well).
