This is a very pleasant large apartment with two bathrooms, which was completely reconstructed and furnished with a new furniture in 2006. The apartment is located on 4th floor of a house with elevator, situated on a quiet street. The total area of the apartment is 140 m2. There is a large living room with a convertible sofa, a TV with satellite, a dinette and a kitchenette, 3 separate bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cooking stove with hot-air oven, microwave oven, electric kettle), two bathrooms (first with a shower unit, second with a bathtub, dryer, iron and washing machine), and an apartment hallway with a computer with permanent Internet access and Wifi technology. All bedrooms have separate entrances (two from the living room, one from the apartment hallway). There is a nice view of Prague Castle from the bedrooms.living room:

The apartment is situated straight in the centre of the city, only 200 metres far from Wenceslas Square (= the main Prague square) As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located near Wenceslas Square, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the New Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in the watched five-storey garages “Helios” with non-stop operation, ca. 400 m far from the apartment, or in watched garages “Vinohradská” (also with non-stop operation), ca. 700 m far from the apartment.Pricelist
