It is a luxury, duplex apartment (a loft conversion) with two bathroom, which was completely reconstructed and furnished with a new furniture in 2005. The apartment is located on 5th floor of a house without elevator. The total area of the apartment is 240 m2. There is a large living room with a sofa and a TV with satellite, 4 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, ceramic hob, hot-air oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron), dinette with a computer with permanent Internet access, two bathrooms, a separate cloakroom and a terrace with a view for the Old Town. The living room is connected with the kitchen and dinette, all bedrooms have separate entrances from the apartment hall.

Location
The apartment is situated straight in the historical part of the city, in the Old Town, ca. 300 m far from the Old Town Square, and ca. 200 m far from Vltava River. As this apartment is located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.Metro service

Parking
As this apartment is located in the Old Town, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets. So-called “blue” zones, reserved only for the residents, permanently living in the Old Town, are mostly demarcated here. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded. We recommend parking in a watched underground garages of the department store “KOTVA” , which is located ca. 350 m far from the apartment, in “Revoluční” Street.Pricelist
