Location

The apartment is located in the centre of Prague, near a small city park, ca. 1100 m far from Wenceslas Square (= the main Prague square). You can take a tram or a metro to the Old Town (= tourist centre of Prague). It is only ca. 10 min by tram, and the tram stop is ca. 150 m far from the boarding house. It is only 2 stations by metro (ca. 5 min.), and the nearest metro station is ca. 350 m far from the apartment. You can use a tram to go to the metro station (only 1 stop). Dozens of various restaurant, bars, and pubs are located within a walking distance from the apartment.

Parking

The apartment is located in a quiet side street with a parking meter where parking is free overnight (from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.), at weekends and on bank holidays (24 hours/day). On working days, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., parking is possible for a maximum of 6 hours. 30 minutes parking is CZK 20.
Parking is also possible in other streets in the vicinity of apartment, similar parking fees apply. A parking card for the Blue Zone, in which the apartment is located, costs CZK 400/day (approx. EUR 17).
If you want to park for free for the entire length of your stay, you may park in one of the streets which are within a walking distance (10+ minutes) of apartment where parking fees don’t apply and where parking is free 24 hours/day on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
There is also paid secure garage parking Vinohradská which is open nonstop and located in Vinohradská Street (near the junction with Italská Street) approximately 600 metres from the apartment. The price of parking in Vinohradská garage is CZK 450 / 24 hours (approx. EUR 19).
