This is a simply furnished, two-room apartment of medium quality. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building situated on a moderately busy street. The apartment has a total area of 52 m2.There are two beds, a dinette small kitchenette (with crockery, a cooker, a microwave, a and a kettle) in the first room, and two beds and a convertible sofa bed (which folds out into a double bed), a colour TV with a satellite receiver in the second room. You go via the first room to get to the second room, which you go through to get to the bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
You enter the apartment via shared hallway, which is for the communal use of this apartment and adjacent apartment, where the owner of the flat live. Clients will get keys to the building and apartment, and they can come and go at any time of day or night in the course of their stay.

second room:
(4 persons) entrance via the first room, two beds, a convertible sofa bed (this sofa folds out into a double bed), a colour TV + satellite receiver.

Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Prague near a small city park around 1200 m far from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí – Prague’s main thoroughfare). You can take a tram or a metro to the Old Town (the tourist centre of Prague). The trip only takes around 10 minutes by tram, and there is a tram stop about 200 m from the apartment. It is only two stations by metro (approx. 5 min.), and the nearest metro station is around 600 m from the apartment. You can take a tram to the metro station (only 1 stop). It is possible to take a night tram at night. This also goes to the Old Town. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.Metro service

There is one parking space belonging to the apartment in the underground garage of the same street (ca. 100 m far from the apartment). The client can use this for 200 CZK/ 1 day! If you want to park for free for the entire length of your stay, you may park in one of the streets which are within a walking distance (5+ minutes) of apartment where parking fees don’t apply and where parking is free 24 hours/day on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
