Our agency has the following types of accommodation facility available in Prague

Apartments – this always concerns a flat with one, two or more rooms, as well as a kitchen or kitchenette and an en suite bathroom and toilet, which is completely and exclusively at your disposal. You will be given keys to the building and the apartment. You will be in the apartment by yourself in the course of your stay.

Studios – this always concerns one or two self-contained rooms with an en suite bathroom and toilet, but without a kitchen. Studios, including their bathroom and toilet, are exclusively for you. Nevertheless, in most cases, they have a shared hallway with the neighbouring apartment, in which the owner lives. You will be given the keys to the building and the studio. You will be there by yourself in the course of your stay.

Apartments and studios are always displayed in the “Apartments” category.

Rooms in family homes – this always concerns one or two self-contained rooms in an apartment, where the owner is also residing. The room is exclusively for you while the bathroom and toilet are shared with the owner. In certain cases, there is a bathroom in the apartment, which is exclusively for the client. You will get keys to the building and apartment. You can come and go at any time of day or night in the course of your stay.
