THIS IS NEW APARTMENT IN OUR OFFER - since 2/2011.
This very nice, four-room apartment with three bathrooms and it was renovated and refurnished in 2008. It is located on 1st floor of the house with an elevator, situated on a quiet street. The total area of the apartment is 130 m2.
There is a spacious living room, 3 separate, private bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 WC. In the living room, there is one bed and a fold-away sofa, which converts into a double bed, a satellite TV (200 channels); in the fully-equipped kitchen there is big tables with 11 chairs; in the first bedroom there is 3 separate beds, in the second bedroom there is 3 separate beds, in the third bedroom there is a double bed and 2 separate beds; in the first bathroom is a shower and wash basin; in the second bathroom is a shower, toilet and bidet; in the third bathroom is a bathtub toilet and bidet.
It is possible to use a wireless Internet connection (WiFi) in the entire apartment.

The apartment is located right in the tourist centre of Prague - 500m away from 'Wenceslas Square' (= the main Prague square).

Detailed information on the monthly stays

Special rates for monthly stays are offered for 30-night and longer stays.

Short-term rates apply for stays shorter than 30 nights; all discounts
for short-term stays can be applied.

Price of each night exceeding the 30th night is calculated based on
the discounted average price of one night stay which is being deducted from the total one-month price.

Example of the price calculation for a 40-night stay:

Price per month (= 30 nights) for the accommodation facility: 780 €
Average daily price calculated based on the price per month:
780 € : 30 nights = 26 € / 1 night
Total price for 40 nights: 26 € x 40 nights = 1040 €

Children discounts are applicable for monthly stays as well!

            27.4. – 1.5.2012 - minimal length of stay: 3 nights
22.12.2012 – 6.1.2013 - minimal length of stay: 6 - 10 nights

For stays that include TOP terms ( = dates of pan-European holidays), prices increase by 20 - 90%, and depend on the length of stay.

Discounts for children are not applicable to stays of less than 6 nights that include TOP terms

Prices for all accommodation facilities on this web page are final and complete. They include all statutory taxes and fees, including municipal fees, energy costs and agency commission for STOP CITY. The prices also include clean bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning service incl. clean bed linen & towels supply, cleaning of the apartment after the end of stay and unlimited usage of a computer with Internet connection (where there is computer with Internet access available).

Prices for all accommodation facilities are divided during the year into 2 categories - High Season and Off Season (unless otherwise stated for specific accommodation facilities).

TOP terms are an exception ( = terms of European holidays), the prices are 20 - 90% higher and are calculated depending on the length of stay.

TOP terms for 2012 + 2013:

Living room :	(1 person) a sofa, one bed, a satellite TV (200 channels), kitchenette. The living room also has another entrance which leads to the first bedroom and to the second bedroom.
1st bedroom:	(4 persons) 4 separate beds. The bedroom is separate and private, with own entrance from the entrance hall.
2nd bedroom :	(3 persons) 3 separate beds. The bedroom is separate and private, with own entrance from the living room.
3rd bedroom:	(4 persons) a double bed (beds cannot be separated) and 2 separate beds. The entrance to the 3rd bedroom is from the entrance hall and the bedroom has also another exit/entrance which leads to the 3rd bathroom.
Kitchen:	a fully-equipped - dinning table with chairs, dishes, refrigerator, cooker with a convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffeemaker. The kitchen is separate and private, with own entrance from the entrance hall.
1st bathroom:	a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, bidet. The 1st bathroom is entered from entrance hall.
2nd bathroom :	bathtub, washbasin, bidet, toilet. The 2nd bathroom is entered from entrance hall.
3rd bathroom :	a shower cubicle, washbasin. The 3rd bathroom is entered from 3rd bedroom.

Location:	The apartment is located right in the tourist centre of Prague - 500m away from 'Wenceslas Square' (= the main Prague square). As the apartment is located in the Prague tourist centre, there is no need to use public transport. Most of the sights, just like dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and night clubs, are within walking distance.
The nearest underground:	The nearest metro station (ca. 350 m far from the apartment): Karlovo náměstí- LINE 'B'

Parkování:	Parking meters marking 'Orange Parking Zone' are located on the street 150m away from the apartment. Paid parking is possible in this parking zone on weekdays (during the day) for max. 2 hours. You can park here for FREE on weekdays at night and on weekends and holidays (24 hours a day). Several other streets, also with parking machines, are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (within 5 minutes on foot). Apart from the orange parking zones some of these machines also have 'green parking zones' , where you can park for a fee for a maximum length of 6 hours during the day. All other streets nearby apartment are marked as 'Blue Parking Zones', where you can only park with a valid parking card during the day, from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (regardless of whether it is a weekday, weekend or holiday). You cannot park in Blue Parking Zones at night (from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 a.m.). The closest guarded, paid parking is in 'National Theatre' garage. It is approx. 400m away from the apartment. We recommend, however, parking in much cheaper 'Václavské' garage, which are approx. 1,000m away from the apartment (2 tram stops) and offer, among other things, a special monthly parking rate.
