EUFORIA 3 apartment description:
This nice, spacious, four-room apartment, was renovated and refurnished in 2009. It is located on 3rd floor of the house with an elevator, situated on a quiet street. The total area of the apartment is 120m2.
There is a large living room with a kitchen, 3 separate, private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WC.
There is a living room with a fold-away sofa, which converts into a double bed, a satellite TV (200 channels), there is a kitchen with a dining table. The first, the second bedroom, the living room and both bathrooms are entered from the hall. The third bedroom is entered from the living room. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (can be separated) and a single bed, in the second bedroom there is a double bed (can be separated), in the third bedroom there are four single beds. In the first bathriim there is bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet, in the second bathroom there is a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
It is possible to use a wireless Internet connection (WiFi) in the entire apartment. This apartment is located in an apartment house EUFORIA in the center of Prague on a quiet street, which was completely renovated in 2009.

Detailed apartment description
The apartment is located in the centre of Prague, directly on the west bank of the 'Vltava' River, at the edge of the 'Lesser Town' (Malá Strana) = the tourist centre of Prague and 'Smíchov' city district.
If you want to visit another historical part of Prague, you need just to cross the 'Jirasek Bridge' (Jiráskův most) to enter the 'Old Town' (Staré Město) which is located on the east bank of the 'Vltava River'. A pleasant walk will take you to the Old Town in 10-15 minutes. You can also go by tram (1 - 2 stops – approx. 3 - 6 minutes).

Detailed information on the monthly stays
Special rates for monthly stays are offered for 30-night and longer stays.
- Short-term rates apply for stays shorter than 30 nights; all discounts
for short-term stays can be applied. - Price of each night exceeding the 30th night is calculated based on
the discounted average price of one night stay which is being deducted from the total one-month price. - Children discounts are applicable for monthly stays as well!
Example of the price calculation for a 40-night stay:
Price per month (= 30 nights) for the accommodation facility: 780 €
Average daily price calculated based on the price per month:
780 € : 30 nights = 26 € / 1 night
Total price for 40 nights: 26 € x 40 nights = 1040 €
TOP terms for 2012 + 2013: 27.4. – 1.5.2012 - minimal length of stay: 3 nights For stays that include TOP terms ( = dates of pan-European holidays), prices increase by 20 - 90%, and depend on the length of stay.

General information on prices
Prices for all accommodation facilities on this web page are final and complete. They include all statutory taxes and fees, including municipal fees, energy costs and agency commission for STOP CITY. The prices also include clean bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning service incl. clean bed linen & towels supply, cleaning of the apartment after the end of stay and unlimited usage of a computer with Internet connection (where there is computer with Internet access available).
Prices for all accommodation facilities are divided during the year into 2 categories - High Season and Off Season (unless otherwise stated for specific accommodation facilities).
TOP terms are an exception ( = terms of European holidays), the prices are 20 - 90% higher and are calculated depending on the length of stay.
TOP terms for 2012 + 2013:
27.4. – 1.5.2012 - minimal length of stay: 3 nights
22.12.2012 – 6.1.2013 - minimal length of stay: 6 - 10 nights
28.3. – 1.4.2013 - minimal length of stay: 3 nights
26.4. – 5.5.2013 - minimal length of stay: 5 nights
- Discounts applicable for short-term stays ( = discounts offering 1 or more nights free or percentage off the total price per stay) do not apply for 3 – 7-night stays extending into TOP terms.
- Discounts for children are not applicable to stays of less than 6 nights that include TOP terms
- Certain individual discounts applicable for short-term stays may apply for 8-night and longer stays extending into TOP terms (except term 22 Dec 2012 - 6 Jan 2013).
- No discounts are applicable to stays that include TOP terms between 22 Dec 2012 - 6 Jan 2013.

| Location: | The apartment is located in the centre of Prague, directly on the west bank of the 'Vltava' River, at the edge of the 'Lesser Town' (Malá Strana) = the tourist centre of Prague and 'Anděl' city district. The famous, immense romantic 'park of the lovers' spreading out over Prague's 'Petřín' hill lies approx. 500 m away from the apartment. Prague's famous 'Petřín Observation Tower', completed in 1891 and offering visitors a breathtaking, fish-eye view over the Vltava River and the entire historical Prague, rises at the top of this hill. If you want to visit another historical part of Prague, you need just to cross the 'Jirasek Bridge' (Jiráskův most) to enter the 'Old Town' (Staré Město) which is located on the east bank of the 'Vltava River'. A pleasant walk will take you to the Old Town in 10-15 minutes. You can also go by tram (1 - 2 stops – approx. 3 - 6 minutes). There are several restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the apartment. |
