One-room apartment 'ATLANTIS 5'

This very nice, one-room apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2006. It is located on 1st floor of a house with an elevator, situated on a busy street. The windows of the room and kitchen overlook the courtyard, so the apartment is quiet and you cannot hear any noise from the street. The total area of the apartment is 50 m2.
There is one room with two single beds, a convertible sofa, that can be folded out to make another double bed, a satellite TV (1000 channels), Internet connection - ADSL, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. There is a small balcony by the kitchen.
All rooms ( room, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet) have separate doors from the entrance hall.
There is also a hair dryer and iron available in the apartment.
The apartment has wireless Internet connection - WiFi.
The building where the apartment is located, has a covered, non-stop guarded garage. There is possible to park for CZK 400 (€18) per 1 day (24 hours). If you wish to reserve a parking spot in this garage during your stay, we will be glad to arrange it.
Detailed apartment description
The apartment is located in the city centre, 200 m away from a beautiful, large public park 'Riegrovy sady' (offering a wonderful view over the 'Old Town' = the tourist centre of Prague) and about 400 metres away from ‘Wenceslas Square' (= the main Prague square). As the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Prague tourist centre, there is no need to use public transport. Many sights are in walking distance.

Prices for all accommodation facilities on this web page are final and complete. They include all statutory taxes and fees, including municipal fees, energy costs and agency commission for STOP CITY. The prices also include clean bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning service incl. clean bed linen & towels supply, cleaning of the apartment after the end of stay and unlimited usage of a computer with Internet connection (where there is computer with Internet access available).
Prices for all accommodation facilities are divided during the year into 2 categories - High Season and Off Season (unless otherwise stated for specific accommodation facilities).
TOP terms are an exception ( = terms of European holidays), the prices are 20 - 90% higher and are calculated depending on the length of stay.
TOP terms for 2011 + 2012:
23.12.2011 – 8.1.2012 - minimal length of stay: 6 - 10 nights
5.4. – 9.4.2012 - minimal length of stay: 3 nights
27.4. – 6.5.2012 - minimal length of stay: 5 nights

You can either take a 5-minute walk to Wenceslas Square or go by tram 1 stop. The tram stop is approx. 100m away from the apartment. You can either walk to the Old Town centre (= the tourist centre of Prague) or go by metro 3-5 minutes (1-2 stations). The closest metro station ('Muzeum' – red line 'С' + green line 'A') is approx. 400m away from the apartment and is located directly at ‘Wenceslas Square’. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and night clubs within walking distance of the apartment. |

| Parkování: | The public, guarded 'Vinohradská' garage, which also offers a special monthly parking rate, located directly in the back wing of the apartment building.
When staying for 1 month ar more it is also possible to use the guarded, paid 'Bohemians' parking lot, offering a very special monthly rate. This parking lot is located 1,1 km from the apartment. You can also park on Parking meters marking 'Orange Parking Zone', which are located on the street right in front of the apartment building. Paid parking is possible in this parking zone on weekdays (during the day) for max. 2 hours. You can park here for FREE on weekdays at night and on weekends and holidays (24 hours a day). Several other streets, also with parking machines, are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (within 5 minutes on foot). Apart from the orange parking zones some of these machines also have 'green parking zones' , where you can park for a fee for a maximum length of 6 hours during the day. All other streets nearby apartment are marked as 'Blue Parking Zones', where you can only park with a valid parking card during the day, from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (regardless of whether it is a weekday, weekend or holiday).
